PJ LOOKING FORWARD IN 2010
MAJOR GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
 Happy New Year! Happy 2010!
The Pilgrim Journey Baptist Church presents our church theme for the New Year - “10-10-2010”.
PJ is growing and soon we will need to purchase more land and add on to our existing space. A new PJ Fundrais-ing Committee has been formed to help us reach our projected goals:(1) doubling the membership and (2) raising $100,000.00 by “10-10-2010”.
Several fantastic programs have been developed to help us reach PJ’s goal:
1) Each member/family will contribute $25.00 each Sunday to reach a member/ family goal of $1,000.00 by “10-10-2010”.
2) Each member/family will make 10 purchases on-line at all your favorite retail stores on “Aisle 19” (a revolutionary way to shop – more later) by “10-10-2010” and a percentage of our purchases will be re-funded to PJ.
3) Each member/family will introduce 10 new visitors at Sunday morning service or at Wednesday night Bible Study by “10-10-2010”.
4) Each member will receive a Bible bookmark that will present 10 ideas for our adult members and 10 ideas for our youth members to accomplish that will help us stay connected to the “10-10-2010” vision.
Look for the PJ Member Suggestion Box in the Fellowship Hall and on-line that will give members a place to make suggestions as we build our future together.
We need everyone to get excited about the future of Pilgrim Journey Baptist Church and commit to reach our goals by “10-10-2010”.
